Unlike other methods of keeping brown sugar moist, such as apples, bread or other degradable materials, the Brown Sugar Bear has the distinct advantage of not crumbling and intermixing with the sugar and not contaminating it with unwanted odors or particles. Brown Sugar Bear will even keep your cakes, cookies, raisins and other dried fruits moist.
